So awhile back I talked about a house guest who stayed with us for a short period of time. She was one of two pets that lived in our home. Here is Stevie, our pet turtle that my sister-in-law thought would make a great gift. Stevie is still mean and very protective of his environment.

Meet Sugar, she will be staying with us while her “mother” is away visiting family. She is a tiny little thing but has a strong voice. She is very needy and requires a lot of affection. For such a small ball of fur, she can sprint with the best of them. With Stevie the turtle

My sister-in-law thought it would be great to give our son a turtle for his birthday. She gave him a red ear slider. We were not prepared for creating a habitat for the little turtle. We only had a 1/2 gallon observatory fish tank for a failed pet fish attempt (see where this is going?).
