After a quick round trip to Colorado Springs, Kit (it’s nickname) needed some love from the dealer. Once we are done here, off to our errands.

We are in Lubbock. Who in their right mind would name a town Lubbock? Images of Bubba are splashed everywhere.

Well our trip back to Austin has us pushing through Clayton. Small town, one street too many cops.

Well we are close to our Raton transfer. About 720 miles to go.

Well we made it to Raton and now just merged onto I-25. 147 miles to home. Hey did the air just cooled down? Burr, it’s getting colder…
